COVID-19 Precautions

At YP Tech Tutor, your health and safety is important to us. In order to protect our staff and clients, the following safety procedures will be followed during each session:

(clients who are unable or prefer not to follow the safety procedures will be asked to reschedule their session for a later date)

We will self-screen before each session and provide you with self-screening information (https://www.cdc.gov/screening/paper-version.pdf).
We will wear a mask during the session and will ask you to do the same.
We will use hand sanitizer before handling any of your equipment, but will avoid touching your equipment whenever possible.
We will maintain a 6-foot distance during the session as much as possible.

Self-Screening Questions

(the following question are in line with the gidlines provided by the CDC — https://www.cdc.gov/screening/)

Please read the following questions. If you answer “YES” to any of these questions, please contact us so we can reschedule your session for a later date.

Have developed any of the following symptoms newly in the past 48 hours*:

fever or chills
cough
shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
fatigue
muscle or body aches
headache
new loss of taste or smell
sore throat
congestion or runny nose
nausea or vomiting
diarrhea

(*) For the purposes of this question, things you have as part of a chronic condition are not considered yes answers.

Within the past 14 days, have you been in close physical contact (6 feet or closer for a cumulative total of 15 minutes) with anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19 or who has any symptoms consistent with COVID-19?

Are you isolating or quarantining because you may have been exposed to a person with COVID-19 or are worried that you may be sick with COVID-19? Or are you currently waiting on the results of a COVID-19 test?
